Bad treatment of Support Office Staff - Academic Administrative Assistant Denison University Employee Review

Certain faculty should not become managers ( Chair) of their Department. Low pay and they consistently demand free labor / unpaid overtime HR department is unable to keep up with the constant employee complaints, so they simply terminate the employee (Support Office Staff) so the Faculty, Provost, and HR don't have to deal with the issues at hand. It is a depressing place to work because of the constant put downs. Faculty treat their Assts. poorly to make themselves look better to the Administration and feel more powerful.
