Pros

Cons
Management actively prioritizes speed over basic health and safety regulations. During my time here, I witnessed floor supervisors explicitly instruct employees to pick dropped food product off the floor, wash it, and put it back on the production line because they believed health inspectors wouldn't show up that late in the day.
There is also a severe lack of basic sanitation. I witnessed raw pork run through breading and grinding machines, immediately followed by chicken and beef, with absolutely zero cleaning or sanitizing in between batches. Furthermore, PPE rules are not enforced equally; certain staff can walk onto the live production floor without safety boots, coats, or hairnets, while others are disciplined for it. If you care about food safety or consistent management, do not work here.
