Pros
Basic retail, not too demanding. Hardest part is learning the dress codes for individual schools, the store is stuffed with hard copies of them. No need to panic or get stressed. Just follow the instructions given and it's easy money.
Cons
Memphis location is still run like a mom & pop shop even though it has corporate level business coming through. Management would rather underpay hard working employees than take a cut from their bonuses. This location sees a lot of nepotism/favoritism, so be prepared to do the boss's kids' jobs on top of your own while they receive the same (or even higher) pay.
