Dental Intelligence is a great place to work! The culture here is fun and I appreciate my team so much! The office is in a great location, I love the mission that we have to help dentists and their patients, and my leader is all about my individual growth.

Less of a con and more of a heads up for best fit - if you're the kind of person who likes to sit back and do the minimum, this won't be a good place for you to work. The environment is fast-paced, people here work hard, and we rely on each other. There's training and you're set up with the tools you need and co-workers are ready to help anytime.

Most independent contributors are great to work with and try very hard to please their customers and improve the culture of the company. Pay is generally good but not in relation to the workload

Leadership is very male dominated and the culture drives poor behavior especially towards women. Workload is completely out of balance and management will say they try to make it better but they do not take any action to do so. It is a very backstabbing culture and you cannot trust anything that is told to you.
