They claim to be faimly environment but in actual its really toxic If you complain about something they don't solve it rather they fire you just because of two team leads who are aunties in actual when you say something to resolve they just say that they might have some personal issues and mentally not ok thats why they vent out their frustration on juniors so just stay silent and bear it They don't have any employee retention rate and even don't work on it. Firstly, they hire freshers and after a week they don't teach you and ask you to do it by yourself which in turn depresses the employees and reduce their output plus their mental capabilities and scolds you just like a school teacher toxic environment not good for begineers.
