Employee engagement is really good. Benefits are good. Pay is good. Family atmosphere.

Nothing that I can think of.

Coworkers are generally agreeable, though it depends largely on which department you're in. Upper management is reasonable and easy to get along with. Overtime is generously given.

Pay starts out not so great (gets better as it goes on though). No paid vacation for the first year.
