Pros
-Fun, laid-back team atmosphere. -Awesome place to learn because there's tons going on. -Management is direct and friendly. -Work-from-home days. -Young, hip agency feel.
Cons
-It's only a part time job at the moment, so I do not have benefits, etc. -Things can get really rushed/fast-paced at times, but that is the industry. -Sometimes building websites and digital marketing campaigns can feel repetitive.
