I am not sure what reviews you are reading. There is no bait and switch as we are very open about hiring sales / management trainees, but occasionally hire people who are just in the sales position track, depending on what their goals are. They are similar positions, but with the trainee position being trained on basic management principles of the store. There are many reviews on here from people of less than 2 years with us as well as people who have been for many years, so don't discredit others experience because you did not find a fit with our company.
