Thank you for your review, We are happy in regards to your pro list but would like to address a few of your cons list. Our average person including management works around 48 hours or less per week based on your staffing levels. This includes 2 1/2 days in a row off per week as well as quarterly weekends off. This compared to many other retail locations is extremely competitive. As far as weekends and holidays that is the nature of the beast in retail work. Please know that we have an open door policy and you are more than welcome to reach out to upper management at any time.
