Pros

Obviously, getting to see the animals everyday. Great coworkers. The work environment is the best I’ve ever had. They aren’t shy about being inclusive.

Cons

Hard to keep moving up in the company. After a certain point it seems they are more interested in outside hires.

- Hours vary - Seasonal employees can be promoted/hired in different departments, but it's very rare - Weather can be bad
