Pros
Very accessible. Quick to provide assistance with challenges. Up front and honest. I have been with the company for less than a year but everyone from my first level manager to HR and HQ Execs have been helpful and upfront in replying to all of my questions. I feel like they are more like friends than upper level management.
Cons
On the lower level salary wise, benefits are handled via a website with little hands on by the staff. It is still a small company and this is probably the most cost efficient so I understand but it is so much nicer when benefits are handled in company vice a second or third party entity.
