      Pros

      Flexible schedule, 90% of people were great.

      Cons

      The 10% of people are the ones in power so the structure is far from flat. Salary was pitiful for what is expected. I was told I would have different responsibilities but in fact was responsible for basically everything that wasn’t coding.
