- 25-year-old company that acts like a startup. - Toxic, two-faced leadership personalities. - Bullying, favoritism, micromanagement. - Core values like empathy and “open, direct and respectful (ODR)” communication are touted but not practiced. - Decisions are made based on executives’ feelings vs actual facts - Many of the leaders are related to each other or are long-time friends, creating a culture that discourages healthy change. - Disjointed communication between teams and constantly-changing priorities from leadership result in months, sometimes years, of wasted or redundant work. - Poor career growth, no real review process, lack of professional development.
