Going through a merger. New management sucks - Teller Derby Club Employee Review

The people who run this now before a merger arnt the same as they were before and things have gotten bad. They have gotten rid of good employees for no reason. Rules keep changing. You are treated like you don’t matter just a soldier. They do not want any feedback because you aren’t as rich as them even though you do the work. This used to be a great place and was homegrown. They always bragged about being a Wyoming company but they are not anymore and they haven’t ever cared about their employees at the bottom. We are the ones who make them money and they do not care
