Support staff has lack of experience not only in the industry but in business and constantly makes decisions and underminds the sales force. No marketing or PR. Products are poorly packaged. Educational tools and material for offices is nonexsistant. High turnover in sales force. Corporate over-promises the potential of the company, markets and commissions.
