Pros

Fun job, liked the projects I worked on. Loved the products and opportunities to travel to do sales deals. If you are young, you'll be given a good amount of responsibility which I loved.

Cons

I don't think they pay their managers/directors enough for the level of responsibility they have. Some people work very hard and a lot of others are clearly dead weight in the company. Family run and sometimes decisions are made that don't make sense and definitely aren't explained well.

Pros

Good working environment and good company to learn about all the process of manufacturing and business development of pharmaceutical cosmetic products. Flexible working hours and useful installations.

Cons

The actual management of the company does not accept too many proposals and they are afraid to risk with innovative ideas.

The company is financially solid

Cons

Authoritarian and old fashioned leadership. Lack of flexibility, motivation encouragement and innovative capacity. Sometimes toxic and competitive environment between employes. 5 minutes before you have to leave they offer you to do urgent or extra work without paying and this is not mentioned in the job interview. The culture don´t value hard-work but friendship.There are no opportunities to improve your position in the company
