      Pros

      Weekly pay, work parties, bonus checks. They will promote you to foreman without any knowledge or experience.

      Cons

      Nothing but politics. You have to know someone to actually get ahead. If you know someone that means you can stop being productive and still get good raises and good reviews. They pay very poorly but make up for it with a yearly bonus that isn’t really good until you’ve been there a while. Horribly toxic management. The only way you get ahead is by being a cheerleader and a yes man. The moment you think for yourself you get punished.

      They are going to basically just ask you to walk through a data solution you have designed and implemented.

      Honestly it was a pretty easy round if you have the right experience!

      Too many to even write down. Let the past reviews tell you all you need to know. You think this place can’t get worse and then it does. Raises don’t even keep up with inflation. Everybody on the floor is miserable. Wouldn’t recommend working here to my worst enemy. Owners get more upset about bad reviews on websites than they do about fixing the problems listed in the reviews. If you want to be absolutely useless and just lift weights all day in the company gym and never step foot on the shop floor congratulations you are qualified to be the plant manager!
