      The pay is Good when there's work, and the work is enjoyable. You also get to travel to different countries and experience different things

      Cons

      As of right now there's no work, and they do not offer any kind of compensation pay when there is no work. In the field service division if there's no work there's no pay, so if you're looking for a job might not be the one you're looking for now

      Pros

      Expected growth to triple in coming years.

      Cons

      Do not have the management staff in place to accomplish stretch goals. Pay rates are in bottom tier. Expectations for personal success are too high to accomplish but change daily.
