Pros
Great place to work for if you just want to earn a pay check while looking for a new place of employment. Decent health benefits.
Cons
No opportunities for growth. No clear and defined paths for advancements. Annual salary is very close to a full time minimum wage employee. Similar jobs in the industry currently pay 15-20% higher. Extra responsibilities are added frequently but doesn't align reasonably with salary. Pay scales are based on seniority and not merits. Easy to lose motivation to put in effort since there is no incentive to work hard. My performance evaluation was rated "Exceeded performance expectations" and still did not earn a salary increase. Lack of training.
