No respect for your personal life. Not compensated fairly based on the market and workload - the classic overworked and underpaid scenario - DSG is known as an IT sweat shop by those who have worked there. Leadership support doesn't exist. The office is old and rundown - leaky roof, broken/disgusting bathrooms. DSG is an acquisition based company and has no onboarding process for newly acquired companies which means you will be forced to support whatever has been acquired and the people who created the product take their cut and leave.
