Forget Upward Mobility - Publishing Analyst Descartes Systems Employee Review

We're in a constant state of being understaffed - I can't *imagine* why people wouldn't stay here. The pay isn't nearly enough for what you'll do, and you end up staying late most days because there aren't enough people to handle the workload. The superiors are complacent and insist on keeping things they way they are, even if they aren't working, and have even tried to quell HR complaints of mine so I didn't end up reporting anyone. (I did anyway.) There are people here who have been doing the same thing for 15 years. It's grim. It's bleak. Coming to work is such an emotional strain that I consider a new job every other day.
