Very thorough interview process. They want to make sure they are hiring a great fit for their team, but also that you will enjoy being a part of the team. It is a large company with many opportunities, and they will be open if they feel you would fit better in a different part of their business.
Cons
If you are looking for a job right away this is not for you. I had multiple calls, interviews, and tests that spanned 4 months.
