Pros
Descartes is the parent company and all their acquisitions continue being "business as usual". Not a lot of unnecessary company wide meetings (which can almost always be addressed in an email).
Cons
Will probably take more than a year to receive that "2% yearly raise". No growth opportunity, they hire from outside a lot.
