Pros

Your evaluated by a team in the company and if they want you you'll interview with that manager. Team I was with were nice. Customer service was straightforward but lacking in up to date documentation. Benefits were instantly approved, no issues.

Cons

Customized CMS lacked common ticketing features. No clear direction of company. No obvious means of advancement
