Good benefits and pay - not much else.
Cons
The leadership in the county is horrible! Specifically, in the Sheriff’s Office, cronyism, discrimination, and harassment is rampant. The good old boy network is strong. There is almost not leadership and the managers are largely incompetent. The Sheriff himself is incompetent and corrupt.
