The commission is good. The health insurance offered is good if your willing to pay for the higher policies. Flexible schedule with no appointments.
Cons
Too many credit denial for anyone to make money. Lead flow is awful. If your not selling you don’t matter, you can’t sell without leads & with credit denials. A few people in this company go the extra mile and are not noticed or promoted. Selling a system with this company feels fraudulent and unfair to customers. The system fails more times than not, over priced, and very high install time! The customer service sucks and production time is awful. Told to “stay in our lane” when a customer calls concerned about their install. Hard to “stay in our lane” if the other lanes drops the ball all of the time! Salary is a joke and not a livable wage. The CEO does not give care about the employees. Whatever makes him more money is what he going to do, no matter if that means screwing over an employee. We are treated like the scum on his shoe. The company could sale 12M in one month and NOTHING. Not good enough. Quick to get on to someone but never reward anyone for their hard work. Division leaders are a JOKE! They act like they care, throw you some extra cash if you need it then turn around and belittle and disrespect you in front of everyone. They will never admit their wrong doing. They act like they care just enough to keep an employee on board when they really DO NOT. Turnover rate is aggressively high. Work 6 days a week.
