Location - Office is located within residential Brooklyn Neighborhood so it's never too hard to find parking (if you drive).
Cons
- Increasingly bad medical benefits - Every year employees find themselves paying more and getting less from their plans - Not enough PTO. PTO is capped at 18 regardless of how long you've worked for the company
