      Pros

      I really enjoy working here. I love my co-workers and the work that we do. If you like working in a team, than you would want to work here. People often don't take credit for a great idea but rather say it was a team effort. The office space is beautiful and open. I feel that I can share my opinions and thoughts freely. I often find myself laughing so hard at something a co-worker has said that I start crying.

      Cons

      The office is usually in a state of creative chaos (not sure this can be helped).

      Those with tenacious attitudes will find a lot of fulfillment working at Blitz

      Cons

      Not the best fit for junior employees; to do it better and faster, you have to be able to do the work first.

      save your time and go to a place where you arent trolled by an annoying control freak of a "leader"

      Blitz isn’t perfect, but we continue to work hard to be a great place to work, that also does great work. And to be a place where we speak to / about each other with respect. Rather than rage reviewing a strong female leader online (anonymously of course), I recommend communicating with us directly any time (assuming that you really are a 'current employee') using the many channels available to you at Blitz to do so.
