Runs the place like a dictatorship and has turned a once good firm into a joke. Sexism is real, and senior leaders are both full of themselves as well as afraid to cross the President. If you get on someone’s bad side you’ll be gone for. Either they’ll let you go or make you so miserable you want to leave anyway. Run away and don’t look back.
