Working at DGI is spectacular. I love the place and the people working there. It's really a good place to work. The projects are interesting, there's a lot of teamwork, and no stress. Possibility to work full remote.
Cons
From the merging with Alkemy things went worst and worst. We passed from being a small deisgn studio to a corporate agency. Wages are way below the market. No trasparency on how to grow.
A multidisciplinary group where to learn from a variety of highly skilled professionals, while designing great experiences for top notch brands.
Informal and welcoming atmosphere.
Cons
As all consultancies it offers a limited career progression.
