Pros

Good pay, remote environment, and some strong colleagues

Cons

Leadership lacked a clear long-term vision, which led to frequent changes in priorities and direction. This created confusion, rework, and made it difficult to execute effectively. Expectations were not clearly defined.

Pros

If there are any, its WFH

Cons

CEO's pep talks are fruitless. The biggest threat to workplace culture isn't lazy employees, it's toxic managers, kept in power by senior leadership that won't take responsibility. Not everyone on staff is entitled or underperforming. They're just trying to survive under leadership that's been allowed to rot from the inside out. These managers aren't just untrained, they're also unchecked. Promoted from output, protected from accountability, and shielded from all the consequences of their actions. They lead with fear, favoritism, and fragile egos. Poor communications and terrible morale aren't employee issues; they're symptoms of a culture that protects dysfunction at the top. Stop blaming the staff, and start asking why the most harmful people are the ones who still have a job
