Pros

there's not any pros on this job. Not even a payment now.

Cons

This company is currently NOT PAYING SALARIES while expecting production to continue as if nothing is wrong. At the same time, they are firing employees every single weekend. Meanwhile, clients have already paid for subscriptions and are actively relying on designers to deliver work. Leadership continues to hide behind vague claims of “external issues” to justify delayed payments, while openly admitting they failed to pay on time and somehow still finding the resources to launch a new service that feels like a mix between Upwork, the Hunger Games, and a pyramid scheme. Let’s be clear: this is not a temporary issue. This is gross mismanagement. This is, without a doubt, the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The only reason many of us stayed was the promise of reliable pay, and now even that basic expectation has been broken. We’ve been told “payments will come in July,” yet they’ve been “reviewing the numbers” for over 20 days. At this point, calling this incompetence would be generous. What’s actually happening is a complete disregard for employees, many of whom depend on these payments to cover basic living expenses. Leadership is not just failing, they are actively misleading their workforce while the company deteriorates in real time. Investors should be paying very close attention to how this is being handled. This is a sinking ship. If you’re a designer considering working here: RUN. DON'T LOOK BACK BECAUSE THERE'S NOTHING GOOD HERE.

Pros

If there are any, its WFH

Cons

CEO's pep talks are fruitless. The biggest threat to workplace culture isn't lazy employees, it's toxic managers, kept in power by senior leadership that won't take responsibility. Not everyone on staff is entitled or underperforming. They're just trying to survive under leadership that's been allowed to rot from the inside out. These managers aren't just untrained, they're also unchecked. Promoted from output, protected from accountability, and shielded from all the consequences of their actions. They lead with fear, favoritism, and fragile egos. Poor communications and terrible morale aren't employee issues; they're symptoms of a culture that protects dysfunction at the top. Stop blaming the staff, and start asking why the most harmful people are the ones who still have a job
