No job security.. - Creative Design Specialist Design Pickle Employee Review

Before the management everything is great..but then after the changes (lots of unjustified lay-offs), the company becomes I don't know... they have a lot of gimmicks specially on the work process.. they always change from this to that...I don't know what to think about them anymore..also the most irritating change is the annual assessment test which will make you anxious and loose focus on your work, because if you can't pass you can't renew your contract so basically you are terminated. They don't care even if you are a seasoned employee, or veteran or what so ever, they just based it on that "assessment test"
