Very unique and interesting experience - Digital Analyst Design Prodigy Employee Review

Wide exposure - As a long term intern, I worked in DP for 6 months. Throughout this time I was constantly learning as I was exposed to various projects and tasks. As DP puts lots of trust in its employees, I was actually handling real clients and projects few weeks in. Being exposed to so many things, it actually equipped me with many skills that I didn't expect to learn, which helps me to become more aware of my advantages and shortcoming. Transparent and dynamic work environment - Colleagues are very friendly and helpful and more importantly the supervisor Marc is very open-minded and nurturing. I wasn't simply doing work as told, Marc always shared his idea based on his experience and expertise and allowed me to explore different solutions. The weekly sharing session as well as the culture of knowledge sharing is also great as everyone is able to learn from each other and aware of what's going on in and outside of the company.
