We are pretty surprised by this review as we are a 12 year old Singapore based agency and did not have a presence in Spring Hill, Florida. Possibly a case of mixed up identity as we are aware that there is a digital agency of same name sake in US but has ceased operation about 3 years back.
Nevertheless, sorry to hear about your bad experience. Hope you are in great company now :)
