Great employees to work with. Some of the benefits are cool.work/life balance is good overall.
Cons
Being over worked/undervalued/underpaid. Remote days you will need your own laptop since DRI will not provide you one (you can rent a laptop) Management expects you to go above and beyond. Benefits are not the best. Little to none upward mobility.
