      Small company near old Montreal Always working on new projects Cool team atmosphere

      Cons

      Low pay You'll be working mostly with people who are new to Canada Lots of turnover at this place so beware. Good place to get your foot in the door. More as a stepping stone job until you find something with better pay

      Pros

      Amazing location. Easy commute/close to Metro. Health benefits. Beautiful office. Helpful coworkers. Culturally diverse environment. Pet-friendly. Casual dress code. Good stepping stone.

      Cons

      Below average compensation. High expectations with little to no training. Management claims company is larger than it is. Outsourcing majority of contracts to other countries. Little to no empathy, compassion or respect towards employees. The profit is the only goal. Extremely high turnover of employees. The lifetimers here are the only ones who are valued. Owners can be arrogant and unprofessional. Management is not your friend - despite a superficial attempt at being one.
