If you find the right colleagues to hang out with is good. New CEO implements new ideas. Hopefully he is able to change the old school mindset of old timers here
Cons
A lot of top management are too old school stick in the mud and will never share info or train you. Very weak HR and not much staff benefits. Run down office, bad working environment
