Ridiculous treatment of employees - Copywriter DesignBoxed Employee Review

To be brief. They don't bother to evaluate employees and check if they're settling in. They don't bother talking to them in case their work is deemed unsatisfactory or sub par. They believe work only happens when the higher-ups yell. Oh god, there's so much yelling in that office, it's ridiculous.
