DesignGroup is a collaborate organization that listens and invests in their employees. The firm is small enough to allow for a variety of tasks on projects and big enough to handle jobs that are complex. The company really cares for the staff and each individual this can be seen in numerous ways. There are awesome benefits and perks at this job that really help with work life balance.

Five word minimum here and can't think of anything to write. Overall company is a great place to work. Is there downsides. Sure but nothing that outweighs the good.

I had a lot of opportunity to work on and lead successful projects. Some really good colleagues and mentors. Compensation was adequate.
