Easy to get hired as a rookie

Low pay. Never getting a pay increase

Overall inspiring and creative studio full of talents who give a sh*t. Highly collaborative (internally and with clients). Every voice is heard. Clients and projects are diverse so it never feels like you're consecutively working on the same type of projects. Leaders are forward-thinking and don't run the Studios in a traditional sense; rather, take entirely unique approaches that inspires growth, encourages people to challenge and push themselves, and stimulates highly conversational dialogue. Directors and project leads care about their team and will often go above and beyond. Genuine excitement is felt throughout our creative process.

Sometimes we tackle more than we can chew (either too many projects or low-staff due to vacations). Times like those could often be a (good) stressful process, but at the end we get it done, collectively learn from it, and grow as a team.
