      So many talented people with an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience. Designcraft can be a really great place when working as a team.

      There are a few bad apples with selfish motives, but what company doesnt have em?

      Pros

      Great place to work with friendly faces. Everyone is very kind to each other and there is a real sense comradery. The owner loves planning different activities for everyone to participate in. The managers aren't pushy. Orders are well managed and jobs come and go in a timely manner.

      Cons

      I can't name much. Pay is fair but not bad.
