Great place to work with friendly faces. Everyone is very kind to each other and there is a real sense comradery. The owner loves planning different activities for everyone to participate in. The managers aren't pushy. Orders are well managed and jobs come and go in a timely manner.

I can't name much. Pay is fair but not bad.

Decent benefits and overtime pay.

Out of touch management, sometimes abrasive for no reason making the pressure of deadlines even more unpleasant than necessary. Long hours, never saw my family. Judgement for leaving “early” after a 10 hour work day for a family birthday party. Waste of my life and nobody was every happy with your blood, sweat, and tears. Our team turned out amazing work consistently for huge clients with the smallest raise possible come review time(which you have to fight to get).
