In the interviews the job is described totally different than it actually turns out. After hiring, nobody really cares if you are happy or not. People are just assigned on projects not considering the qualifications and then everybody wonders why people are frustrated or leaving. The GM is a numbers person (which for the company obviously is great), but he is not people person. The internal communication is terrible. Salary is low and it is not even adjusted to the normal inflation rate. There are talent talks twice a year and these usually turn out extremely demotivating - personal and job development are not really supported.
