Pros
Good culture, Great employees to collaborate with. Did have good hybrid working conditions, but looks like that is set to change. Good benefits and pension.
Cons
Communication is getting worse. Pushing hybrid employees back into the office twice a week without any warning is not fair. Mostly the office is empty as most people telework so it is not helping. Less opportunity to move up unless you are bilingual.
