I don’t have any con actually

This review is to say nothing about the coworking members working in the space. I can only hope they treat their members much better than they treat their employees. The space is bright, beautiful and modern.

DeskLabs management is the antithesis of the startup/ coworking community. They have learned how to parrot the feel-good terms "networking, community, creativity, collaboration," but do not practice these same terms. They will micromanage your work until you cannot complete anything and then they will not pay, citing that you did not complete anything. Still, they will continue to use what you produced for them while claiming to be dissatisfied. And yet, after three negative reviews in less than a month, they will continue to wonder what is wrong with their employees, not what they could do better. They take advantage of people who need a paycheck to survive (most of us). They'll delay paychecks and then they won't come at all. I have heard them be both demeaning and derogatory and can't imagine why they are in the coworking business at all, other than the fact that they might have expected it to be more passive income than I imagine it is. I would highly suggest avoiding this place, if you can help it.
