The company culture is far from ideal!
It's an office-based job and regardless of COVID-19, you will have asked to go into the office.
Forget about saying "good morning" in the mornings because almost no one will reply.
Going into the office feels like you are being watched constantly, and only certain employees are friendly enough to have a conversation with.
The learning process is pretty much reading their help content, and of you go to reply to customers - Does not feel like you have the support of the team or management at all.
There is no compassion or decency in how they shorten contracts for the company's benefit, almost reaching the point of bullying and/or isolating employees.
