Pros

Paid well, but not enough to stay after i found out what it was like.

Cons

I experienced horrible in-salon fighting, sabotage, jealousy, favoritism, cattiness and incompetent, absent-owner management. I believe I was not treated fairly or kindly, problems the staff brought up to Management were not resolved when brought up, and other unhappy employees constantly complaining was a drag to listen to every day. I left on good terms but would never, ever recommend this place. If you ask the current staff what they really think. You'll find out. These are my own opinions and are not to be taken as a recommendation to patronize or not patronize this salon or seek employment.

Pros

Great co-workers, super supportive team. Fun work environment in the field and company events. Flexible schedules and great benefits.

Cons

Lack of vision and support from upper management. Company goals unrealistic for aging salon network. No company loyalty to employees.
