      The old team was nice to work with.

      Cons

      The USA division is a sinking ship! Poor management at the national level--everyone worth anything has already jumped ship or been let go due to poor management. They do not know how to treat employees. The whole place lacks vision and is burning through money.

      Great co-workers, super supportive team. Fun work environment in the field and company events. Flexible schedules and great benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of vision and support from upper management. Company goals unrealistic for aging salon network. No company loyalty to employees.
