      Excellent team culture, industry perks, busy with lots of opportunity to learn

      Cons

      Gap in pay between specialists/associates and managers is quite large. Near no opportunity to grow within organization as its so small.

      Good culture, and decent work like. Although there are some personalities that the office lives in fear of.

      Cons

      Pay is low for the amount of experience required. Many people are over qualified/ over-experiences. At the same time, some people are extremely under-qualified. 0 years of experience being paid out the same as someone with 6 years.
